Adrian VASILE
Born in 1982 and raised in the capital of Rumania. And still living in Bucharest, together with his fiancee. His father has been working in the army, and therefore his education has been in the famous army club of Steaua Bucharest.
Until now Adrian has spent a total of 31 years in the handball world from witch 26 years only in two clubs: Steaua Bucharest and CSM Bucharest.
Adi, as many people call him, takes pleasure in working hard every day to ensure a good and ethic enviornament and to constantly want to improve his team, himself and carry on the legacy of tclub.

I have been educated in Steaua Bucharest and therefore my only mindset is: WE WIN! My goal is to win titles with my team. I am a "warrior gentleman", as they called me before. I strongly believe in the power of the solid argument, I am calm under pressure and concentrated on solutions. I believe that this is a medal orientated leadership. In the same time I am also sharp with my temper if the situation needs. “I am always present in the moment”, to give the stimulus that the team needs.

COACHING PRINCIPLES
The part that is less visible
Before performing in games my first priority is to build a good ethic working environment where respect in the only way we treat each other. And this starts always with me to set the everyday example. My training process is based on making players understand their role inside the team and making them aware on situations that will happen in the game. I want to make them understand how to decide correct in stressful situations. Therefore I like intensity in our trainings as well in the games. “How you train is how you play”.

I believe in responsibility and I like to be surrounded by very competent people in witch expertise I trust. We are functioning as a team together with the club and players. The last call will always be my responsibility as I am responsible the lead the team into battle.
